Being part of the cannabis cultivation team means assisting in multiple areas including plant care and preforming routine maintenance for grow rooms and other aspects of cultivation. Requires physical strength, an organized mind, an eye for paying attention to details and general knowledge of maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the cultivation and production process, ensuring efficiency and safety in the workplace. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

The Farm Requirements
- 21 years of age required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States – all documentation required
- Successfully pass a Background Screening and obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Successfully obtain a Delaware MMJ Center Agent card
- Possess basic math, reading, and verbal skills
- Punctual AND Reliable Transportation
- Ability to follow The Farm Standard Operating Procedures in order to maintain compliance
- Ability to interpret, take direction, and collaborate with Supervisors, Management, and any other member of Leadership
- Must be able to perform various physical requirements —while performing the duties of this position you may be required to reach with hands and arms, speak and hear, stand, walk, sit and use hands to type, write and handle equipment and containers. You may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move objects of 50 pounds or less.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience working in an outdoor & physically demanding settings is preferred.
- Fabricate components and assemble products accurately and efficiently as needed for maintenance and expansion.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks associated with the business.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration.
- Assist cultivation in areas such as filling pots, cleaning grow rooms, hvac and irrigation repairs, as well as anything requested by cultivation manager.
- Assist other areas of the business when needed including production and retail.
