Job Description

P.J. Marley's And The Farmer's Table in Medina, OH is looking for one kitchen manager to join our 84 person strong team. We are located on 320 South Court Street Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Manage the weekly food inventory and corresponding reports

Manage relationships with vendors and submitting orders on a weekly basis.

Control labor based on the needs of the business.

Train, mentor and coach kitchen team members.

Uphold the standards for preparation and execution as set forth by the Farmers Table.

Work directly with the Chef / GM to continuously improve quality and consistency of food.

Work with Chef / GM to create seasonal menus and specials.

Uphold sanitation standards to meet and exceed the expectations of the Medina County Health Department.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation depends on your experience.
