- The physical and mental requirements of this job may include seeing, hearing, speaking, writing, occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing for both short and long periods, walking, walking up inclines and on uneven terrain, walking for long periods, climbing stairs and frequent lifting and/or moving of 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds.
