Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a strong commitment to maintaining food safety standards. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly.

Prep, dishwashers and bussers $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
- Support the team during banquet events by setting up, serving, and breaking down food stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
- A background in hospitality or hotel services can be beneficial for understanding customer service expectations.
