Hourly plus tips

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Provide support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and delivering food orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and organizing menus.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food service practices and standards is beneficial.
