As the Administrative Assistant you will support the Pastor, Co-Pastor and staff, providing administrative substructure to ease the flow of functionality in both times that are hectic and times that are slower paced. Your drive, organizational skills and excellent communication with leadership, the congregation and the community will facilitate accomplishing the vision and mission to which God has called TFH.
Job Description:
1. Provide Administrative Support.
2. Maintain and Update Pastor’s Calendar - Ensure meetings, appointments, and church-related events are updated.
3. Return Mail from the Congregation - Daily management of incoming mail.
4. Provide Event Support - Including, administrating event forms, organizing, and supporting all teams.
5. Provide Event Communications - Maintain and update all event communications regularly.
6. Maintain Schedule for Pastor and Co-Pastor.
7. Manage Scheduling for Connection Sessions and other regular meetings.
8. Assist in Organizing Child Dedication/Baptism.
9. Prepare Agendas.
10. Manage Announcements.
11. Design Graphics.
12. Other Tasks as Assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma.
Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: Position requires experience in similar job-related fields.
Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
Skills/Abilities:
Must have excellent communication and grammar skills in English.
Must be computer proficient in Microsoft products and have ability to learn supporting electronic systems.
Must possess high level of organizational skills.
Must exude team mentality within department and across various ministries.
Travel: Ability to run errands as needed.
Working Conditions: Work is performed in a church and office environment, may require some weekend and evening work as needed.
Physical Requirements: Sufficient mobility and stamina to fulfill responsibilities.
