- Represent clients in landlord-tenant disputes, evictions (including Section 8 housing cases), and Fair Housing Act compliance
- Provide counsel on property management issues, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance
- Handle discrimination and civil rights violation claims related to housing
- Advise on matters impacting landlords and property owners
- Draft and review leases, contracts, and legal notices
- Litigate tenant damage claims, lease violations, and rent collection disputes
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada law license in good standing
- 2 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on landlord-tenant disputes
- Strong litigation skills and ability to independently manage cases
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
