Wage/Salary: $21.98 per hour ( 35 hours per week)
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant/Timekeeper tracks participant attendance within the program and while at off-site activities. Maintains multiple databases within Career Compass by entering new and updated customer and account information. Respond timely to inquiries and collects all necessary data for participant tracking and reporting.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains participant contact to ensure document submission and program success.
- Assists Career Services team with arranging participant supportive services.
- Maintains a professional environment while multitasking.
- General office duties, including but not limited to, faxing, scanning, copying, and filing.
- Assists in the development of participant sector-specific resumes.
- Collects documents and provides document receipt to participants as required.
- Completes all necessary paperwork to ensure participant program compliance.
- Schedule's appointments and completes follow-up appointments for participants.
- Provide accurate instruction to participants prior to taking assessments.
- Serves as an Assessment Facilitator.

Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED/TASC required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality.
- A minimum of 1 year of satisfactory full-time administrative support experience required.
