Senior Regulatory Compliance Advisor
The senior regulatory compliance advisor serves a key role in helping clients adhere to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as it pertains to the employee benefits.
- Compliance Program Development:Create and implement comprehensive compliance audit programs that ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA, FMLA, State laws, ERISA and other employee benefits regulations.
- Assist clients with calculating PCORI fees, conducting Affordability tests, guide clients through non-discrimination testing and filing requirements.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly review and audit employer programs to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of compliance activities.
