Job Summary
The Fedeli Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Compliance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients navigate the complexities of employee benefits regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive compliance audit programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist clients with calculating PCORI fees, conducting Affordability tests, and guiding them through non-discrimination testing and filing requirements.
- Regularly review and audit employer programs to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in employee benefits compliance.
- Extensive client interaction, including presentation delivery to organizational leaders.
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in one or more of the following areas: health care, economics, business law, political science (pre-law).
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation and/or Certified Health Compliance (CHC) is a plus.
