What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesperson position at The Federal Group USA?
We are a leading manufacturer of custom metal industrial parts, including castings, precision-machined components, fasteners, cold-formed products, and metal fabrications. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a background in this industry or a related industry to join our team.
In this role, the Salesperson will be responsible for nurturing inbound leads while also leveraging various tools to generate outbound prospects. Additionally, they will work closely with our Program Manager and Logistics Manager to monitor client orders, ensuring they remain on schedule.
- Excellent writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with CRM software (FreshSales, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Navigator, RocketReach, etc.)
- Ability to commute locally to our office
- Fluent in English
- Authorization to work in the United States (we do not have the resources to sponsor any type of work visa)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,318.00 - $75,698.00 per year
