What You'll do
To lead the IAM Operations team in all day to day responsibilities including worker on-boarding and off-boarding, fulfilling access requests, audit/compliance requests, troubleshooting incidents related to access, and providing strong customer service to end users and role owners. Subject matter expert in all IAM processes and technologies, and collaborate with partners across the enterprise to drive operational efficiency.
How you'll make an impact:
Configure and manage user access to Bank systems.
Provide Access Management support for cloud native systems.
Support access review and attestation processes.
What you can expect:
Lead a team of IAM administrators including hiring, budgeting, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Point of Contact for all IAM support inquiries and escalations.
Maintain a team schedule including an after-hours on-call rotation and approve timesheets and invoices.
Manage a ticket queue by prioritizing, assigning, and following up according to established SLO's.
Subject matter expert for all IAM policy, process, procedure, and technology.
Facilitate and ensure timely completion of the Bank's Quarterly Attestation process, and other required periodic processes
Coordinate and facilitate fulfillment of all Compliance and Audit requests, adhering to established deadlines.
Act as IAM liaison by building relationships and collaborating with key IAM stakeholders across the organization.
Conduct ongoing training and outreach sessions with IAM team members, end users, role owners, and stakeholders.
Identify and drive process improvements, self-service, and automation opportunities.
Collborate with the IAM Development and Project team to identify defects, bugs, or enhancements to the IAM platform.
Facilitate and coordinate UAT and validation activities for IAM and other related deployments and changes
Create, update, and maintain documentation of IAM procedures and processes.
Workday, One Identity Manager (OIM), Active Directory, Azure, Active Roles, and ServiceNow knowledge.
7 years of IT Support experience with a focus on IT Security and IAM.
2-3 years leadership experience.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Computer Science or related field preferred.
7 years of experience in IAM
Must have outstanding communication (verbal, written, and listening) and customer service skills.
Familiarity with IAM and IT security controls, protocols, and best practices.
Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Will require the ability to be a self-starter and to work independently as well as in a team setting.
A high level of accountability, integrity, and dependability are necessary to perform this role.
Requires a great deal of attention to details.
Must possess excellent time, project, and people management abilities.
