This position is integral to our marketing team in ensuring all projects are planned and executed with optimum efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. The Project Manager will also be responsible for integrating project requests with overall marketing strategy.
This position is based in our Chicago (Logan Square) headquarters. Qualified applicants must reside in the Chicago area at the time of application and be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office a week; 2 days remote).

Planning And Execution
- Defining Project Scope: Determining the project's objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Creating Project Plans: Developing detailed plans, including task breakdowns, resource allocation, and timelines
- Monitoring Progress: Tracking project status, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action to keep projects on track
- Delegating Tasks & Oversight: Tracking progress, delegating tasks to team members and ensuring quality of product
- Resource Allocation: Identifying and assigning the necessary resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, to complete tasks effectively
- Team Coordination: Collaborating with various marketing team members (design, content, digital, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing any issues or conflicts that arise within the project team or with stakeholders
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Project Management Expertise: Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies a plus
- Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics with a focus on how to interpret requests into marketing strategies
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and collaborate with diverse teams
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Analytics: Ability to analyze data, track project performance, and identify areas for improvement
- PM Software: Knowledge of Teamwork, Asana, Monday or Microsoft Projects
- Marketing Software: Familiarity with Sprout Social, Opal, or similar social media aggregator & content management systems; Adobe products
- PMP certification a plus but not required
