What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Attorney position at The Feller Group, P.C.?
We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney with Surrogate’s Court expertise. You should be a team player, have a strong interest in the areas of Probate, Administration, Article 17 A Guardianships, Surrogate’s Court Litigation, and Estate Planning. A background in Medicaid Planning, Elder Law, and Special Needs Planning is a plus.
