Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our 2025 growth goals, including revenue expansion, community engagement, and client acquisition. This role will focus on content marketing, social media engagement, managing workshops and seminars, and enhancing our referral network. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting people with valuable legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for blog posts, social media, and email newsletters that align with our focus on Elder Law, Medicaid, and Estate Planning.
- Write and publish two blog posts per month, focused on client pain points, success stories, and educational topics.
- Create email campaigns to engage current clients and convert leads, ensuring content is informative and aligned with our branding.
- Work with the leadership team to write and distribute CEO’s thought leadership articles on Elder Law.
Social Media & Online Engagement:
- Manage and grow our social media presence by posting 2-3 times per week on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Develop engaging social media content that shares insights, client success stories, and community-related posts.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics.
Event Coordination & Community Outreach:
- Plan, promote, and manage monthly educational workshops and seminars focused on estate planning, Medicaid, and Elder Law. Coordinate event logistics and track attendance and engagement.
- Work closely with referral partners to co-host community workshops and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Develop marketing collateral to distribute through referral partners and at community events.
SEO and Paid Advertising:
- Implement and track SEO strategies to improve our search rankings and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with external partners to run targeted paid advertising campaigns, focusing on Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, and Probate services.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and lead conversion rates.
- Provide monthly reports on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, website traffic, social media engagement, and client acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms and growing online engagement.
- Event planning or project management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Canva, or equivalent) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
