What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales/Marketing/PR position at The Fellowship Family?
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in an Assisted Living environment with proven experience in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns related to assisted living. You will lead the marketing and sales efforts to encourage occupancy in our assisted living community and subsequently increase revenue. You are also expected to work on fostering long-term professional relationships with potential residents and their caregivers.
You will oversee the development of our marketing campaigns and review campaign performance based on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for overseeing the marketing and advertising to ensure that our marketing efforts reach the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute effective marketing plans and achieve a higher occupancy rate
- Develop long-term relationships with potential customers and advisors to create a personalized experience
- Assist residents and caregivers in their decision-making process by understanding their requirements and answering any queries they might have
- Use CRM tools to measure customer satisfaction and prepare reports
- Document all planned and completed marketing campaigns
- Help in the development of community outreach programs to increase referrals and occupancy
