Our construction superintendent will be responsible for project completion from beginning to end, including maintaining the production schedule, training and managing the install team, communication with homeowners, making sure jobs have been pulled, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay: Salary position with a total package based on experience and leadership skills - approximately 60k
Requirements (Non-negotiable):
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Dependability is a must
- Proven leadership experience
- 3-5 years of construction/fence building experience required
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (typically up to 80 lbs.)
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience in construction and carpentry required
- Knowledge of frame carpentry required
- Welding techniques preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing preferred
- Certification in welding or carpentry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective organizational, time management and planning skills
- Consistently work at a productive pace
- Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
