Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, administration, or project support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in proofreading and project tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools, such as Monday.com.
- Beginner level video production and editing skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a support role, keeping projects and people on track.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring key stakeholders is kept informed.
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Administrative and Content Support
- Detail note taking during marketing meetings and distribute action items to relevant team members.
- Track and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables are organized.
- Manage status reports for ongoing marketing projects and provide updates and general daily support to the Marketing Director.
- Schedule marketing meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure necessary materials are ready.
- Assist in tracking budgets and invoices related to marketing initiatives.
- Handle basic research tasks as needed (e.g., gathering information on marketing trends, competitor activities, or industry updates.)
- Proofread and review marketing materials, emails, presentations, assist in minor copy edits as needed for accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, brand guidelines, and promotional materials for easy access.
- Assist with event planning logistics, including ordering promotional materials, coordinating vendors, and managing shipping needs.
- Organize and maintain a photo and video library for marketing and internal use.
- Compile performance reports and analytics from various marketing efforts for key stakeholders.
- Strategize and collaborate with department head and stakeholders on optimization and growth opportunities for brand awareness.
