What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Sales Director position at The Fesco Group?
As a National Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of The FESCO Group by using your B2B sales experience to acquire and grow partnerships with prominent retailers at the national and regional levels. We are specifically focusing on B2B Sales to companies within the following areas / industry sectors :
- Big Box / National Retailers like TJ Maxx, Home Depot, CVS, Target, Costco, BJs etc...
- Supermarkets
- Army & Air Force Exchange
- Hospitality Organizations
- National and Regional Department Stores
- Convenience Stores / Truck Stops
- Regional Pharmacies
You should demonstrate an ability to BRING IN NEW BUSINESS... this is truly a "hunter role".
We also want the successful applicant to understand the business lifecycle of selling to national retail channels in the USA. You should also be organized and able to analyze performance metrics, have good negotiation skills, understand the targeted consumer and possess the ability to foster relationships with B2B Clients.
