Not Your Traditional Dog Daycare Job
This is NOT a traditional dog daycare.
At The Fetch Club, we provide canine enrichment daycare, designed for dogs to live a fulfilled, healthy life through structured activities, movement, and engagement. If you’re excited about a new way of working with dogs, you’ll thrive here.
What to Expect:
- This job is mainly outdoors, in all weather. If you don’t love working outside year-round, this isn’t for you.
- You will get dirty—this is an active, fast paced, hands-on role.
- No prior dog experience required—just a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to learn.
- This role is not about supervising play—it’s about leading, engaging, and enriching the dogs in our care.
Who Will Succeed Here:
- Someone looking for an innovative approach to dog care.
- Loves being outside, moving all day, and working hands-on with dogs.
- Takes initiative and works well in a team-focused environment.
- Reliable and punctual—our schedules are non-negotiable.
- Wants to build strong relationships with dogs and their humans.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead dogs through our canine enrichment program, designed to provide mental, physical, and emotional stimulation.
- Supervise off-leash group play—not as a referee, but as an active participant.
- Use of positive reinforcement methods to shape the desired behaviors we want to see in group.
- Keep the facility clean and well-maintained, both indoors and outdoors.
- Engage with pet parents who trust us with their dogs’ well-being.
What You Need:
- A true passion for dogs and a commitment to their well-being.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather, on your feet all day, and lift 50 lbs.
- Strong team player with clear communication skills.
- Dependable, patient, and proactive.
- Available to work mornings, mid-days, nights, and some holidays.
- Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already certified.
