Position Title:

Sanitation Tech 2

Overnight Shift

09:00pm- 05:30am with flexibilities

Schedule and Pay:

• $22.05 per Hour and additional $1.00 per hour shift differential pay

• Monday- Friday with possible additional hours and weekend shifts
  

Duties:

(not limited to)

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and process procedures and guidelines and reference SOPs where applicable

• Successfully complete sanitation process training

• Disassemble, sanitize and reassemble food processing equipment

• Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces.

• Become knowledgeable of all applicable Material Safety Data Sheets for chemicals used

• Clean and remove ingredient and chemical barrels

• Read and understand production schedule

• Properly document information as required

• Assist with training and retraining of team members

• Record information on standard production forms

• Report equipment concerns to the supervisor or maintenance in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Able to move constantly and quickly for an entire 8 hour shift

• Responsible about getting work done independently

• Can handle working in hot and cold environments

What you will bring:

• Ideally at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food industry

• Must have flexibility to work overtime including weekends

• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals is required

• Experience cleaning or sanitizing equipment required

• Ability to work in wet or humid conditions regularly

• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, bend and lift up to 60 pounds

• Experience with or ability to learn power industrial equipment
