The Fig Tree Restaurant is an independently chef-owned, husband and wife team, fine dining restaurant in Charlotte, NC. A staple in the Charlotte dining scene since 2005, serving eclectic seasonal cuisine with an emphasis on wine pairing.
We are looking for professional, experienced, honest, bartender to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience with all aspects of tending bar
- Creating new and innovative cocktails
- Service bar as well as dining guests
- Closing duties
- Controlling inventory and loss prevention
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customers have an exceptional dining experience
- Other duties as assigned by manager to address business needs and improve operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
