The Filson Queen City Kitchen & Bar is looking for competent Restaurant Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Server Assitants. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Get ready for an amazing season ahead of us and make some $$$! You will have your base pay plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon seating at table
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization for your tables and service area
- Take and serve both food and drink orders
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, bar, and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven restaurant serving experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Must have weekend availability
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by the business
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
