The Manager, Sourcing will be responsible for leading a team of Sourcing Managers through cost containment initiatives, managing and improving sourcing processes, negotiating vendor contracts for services, supplies, and technical equipment. This position will support several categories of products, services, affiliates and related entities while creating and implementing strategic sourcing strategies and policies that support organizational needs and mitigating risk. Additionally, this position will work cross-functionally with department leaders to support ongoing initiatives, implement changes to services or supplies ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across organizational needs.

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Sourcing, Procurement & Supply Chain Management experience
• 2 years of Supervisory experience with demonstrated experience hiring & supervising & mentoring a team
• Enterprise-Level experience within a mid-size or large organization of 4,000 employees or more
• Multi-Site Sourcing, Procurement & Supply Chain Management experience
• Multi-Category Sourcing, Procurement & Supply Chain Management experience
• You are both a Strategic & Tactical leader who brings Exceptional Analytical & Organizational & Problem-Solving skills and serve as an active member of management
• You are an Excellent Communicator with ability to work within a fast-paced process driven environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) OR Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) – a Plus
• Workday experience – a Plus
• Project Management Experience – a Plus
• Lean OR Lean Six Sigma Experience – a Plus
• Healthcare Supply Chain Management experience – a Plus
• Must be a Permanent Resident (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered)
