Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.
- Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.
- 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page.
