We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and maintaining product and inventory levels. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of inventory tracking software as well as excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train employees.
- Set and meet work schedule.
- Provide performance evaluations.
- Develop and oversee employee training.
- Be a leader in the workplace.
- Communicate with other departments in the organization.
- Be responsible for keeping the workplace safe and clean.
