We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and maintaining product and inventory levels. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of inventory tracking software as well as excellent communication skills. Stepping stone in becoming a Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train employees.
- Set and meet work schedule.
- Provide performance evaluations.
- Develop and oversee employee training.
- Be a leader in the workplace.
- Communicate with other departments in the organization.
- Be responsible for keeping the workplace safe and clean.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
