We are expanding our technology team and seeking a skilled IT Specialist to assist in IT operations manage projects and contribute to website and software development. This role is ideal for a proactive problemsolver with strong coding experience and a passion for creating innovative tech solutions for the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
IT Management :
- Oversee IT infrastructure network security and system administration.
- Develop and enforce IT policies security protocols and data protection measures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
- Manage cloudbased services case management system integrations and automation tools.
Project Management :
Lead IT projects including software development system upgrades and website enhancements.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of tech solutions.Develop and maintain system integrations for CRM KPI reporting and case management platforms.Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and meet quality expectations.Development & Coding :
Develop maintain and enhance The Firm EXP s websites and web applications.Work with various programming languages such as Python JavaScript PHP or others.Create integrations between case management systems CRMs and thirdparty applications.Debug test and improve existing applications for performance and efficiency.Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.Why Join The Firm EXP

Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 3 years in IT management software development and project management.Technical Skills :Proficiency in programming languages (Python JavaScript PHP or similar).Experience with website development (WordPress HTML CSS custom frameworks).Knowledge of cloud services (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).Understanding of database management (MySQL PostgreSQL or NoSQL).Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and IT compliance standards.Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA Trello Asana).Ability to integrate various case management and CRM systems used in legal operations.Soft Skills :Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.Remote Work : Employment Type :
