JOB TITLE: Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
· Responsible for handling customer transactions in a professional manner while
demonstrating prompt, accurate, and exceptional personalized customer service.
· Flexible work schedule (hours vary based on availability and staffing needs)
· You would work at a minimum every other Saturday morning
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1. Represents bank to the customer.
2. Displays prompt and professional telephone etiquette.
3. Processes daily bank transactions.
4. Balances transactions and verifies cash totals.
5. Assists customers with inquiries, problem resolution, bank products and services.
6. Monitors the safe deposit box area.
7. Adheres to regulatory compliance guidelines.
