Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)
- Greet customers and provide excellent service in a professional manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain transaction records
- Assist with account inquiries and basic maintenance
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services
- Issue cashier’s checks, money orders, and process wire transfers
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Verify customer identity and monitor for suspicious activity
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold customer trust
- Assist with ATM, vault, and night drop duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with digital systems
