We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Banking Operations Specialist – Training & Support, focused on driving operational excellence through effective training and coaching. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering our internal teams by enhancing their skills and knowledge in ATM and debit card processes, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, exception item handling, and other facets of operational standards. Your expertise and passion for developing others will help ensure our employees are equipped to deliver exceptional results while adhering to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Essential Functions
- Provide coaching and training to internal teams on back office operational functions to include ATM and debit card processes, and item processing and returns.
- Uphold operational standards and ensure employees comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide tailored training solutions to enhance employee performance
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and deliver training materials and resources
- Assist, as needed, with dispute resolution and fraudulent transaction investigations
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes
