Essential Functions
- Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence.
- Perform Notary Public duties.
- Prepare receipts for abstracts.
- Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
- Assist in analyzing applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements and other financial information.
- Assist In reviewing loan documents to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
- Ensure each loan submitted has the required paperwork, tickets signature, ect., to reduce the possibility of loss and assist in the efficient processing of the loan.
- Assist officers in working exceptions, future maturity lists, and maintaining spreadsheets.
