The Fitzpatrick Group is a boutique practice providing multigenerational wealth management and planning services. These include providing high-net worth families, non-profit institutions, and businesses, with assistance in investment planning, retirement planning, the tax-efficient transfer of wealth, income generation, risk avoidance, and building wealth.
As a Client Associate (CA), you will support our growing organization. The CA interacts with and services the needs of our clients with the aim of making that experience feel exceptional. The CA also delivers both administrative and operational support to the financial advisory team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Financial Advisors (FAs) with the collection, creation, and distribution of investment information.
- Scheduling meetings, creating reminders, gathering and inputting data.
- Onboarding new clients, including the collection of required documentation and client information and regularly communicating with those clients throughout the process.
- Helping ensure that key client information and documentation are up to date.
- Responding to client and/or administrative issues and demands via phone or written correspondence as appropriate, researching answers as needed.
- Engaging in industry training and educational programs to maintain status on policies and procedures.
- Managing marketing efforts including our social media account(s) and website.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills are a must; an ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
- An ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation, handling, and distribution of confidential information.
- An ability to clearly, concisely, and pleasantly convey messages to others in person, by phone or via written correspondence. This includes grammatical proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- A desire to positively impact the lives of the practice’s clientele and the practice itself.
