Summary

We are seeking a Lead Water Technician to join our team at The Flood Team. In this role, you will be responsible for water damage restoration and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage restoration services efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize power tools and equipment for cleanup and drying processes.
• Scoping, Billing, Moisture Readings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during projects.
• Communicate with customers regarding project progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Lead a crew of techs on water mitigation projects

Requirements

• Experience in water damage restoration or related fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of mold remediation practices and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with the restoration industry standards and procedures.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
