Retail Sales Account Specialist

What you’ll do:
· Conduct showroom tours for customers and walk-in visitors.
· Contact and engage professional account customers.
· Project Management – from start to finish - follow up with customers, take the sale, set-up measurements, confirm material arrival and installation.
· Assist with showroom promotions and events.
· Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news.
· Assist with material handling when deliveries arrive, or customers are getting material loaded out.
You might be a great match if you have:
· Retail sales or flooring sales experience a plus.
· Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches).

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
