We ask that you are self starting and don't require micro-managing! There is a lot of potential to make a lot of money, what you put in you will get out. We have uncapped commission incentives! This job is what you put into it. We require a certain amount of check ins, weekly emails ETC. If you go above and beyond, you will see that in your commision checks!

Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary role will be driving our company's revenue by securing deals with retailers and distributors. You'll be the face of our brand, forging strong relationships with key business partners.

Duties:
Provide Sales Support to new and existing customers, Outside Sales to property management companies and building contractors. Build lasting relationships with business to business clients only, Inspect jobs, Follow up with Vendors to make sure your customers are being taken care of.

Qualifications:

• 0– 5 years of sales experience
• Extremely organized, self starter
• Eager to work independently and exercises good judgment.
• Positive attitude, wants advancement
• Not afraid of rejection / persistent in following up
• Comfortable engaging with Property managers, able to foster relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Quick, self motivated learners.
• If you are shy, this is not the role for you sorry!
• Go with the flow personality
• Computer Literacy
• Seeking extraverted individuals that do not mind striking up conversations with strangers
• Must be proficient with basic math
• Have a helpful and friendly attitude towards team members and customers

Schedule: 8 am- 5 pm Monday – Friday occasional weekend and/or evening

Required experience:

• sales: 0-3 years
• Flooring experience a PLUS
• Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
