YOUR ROLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Locations: Sarasota to Danville
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Set up and manage daily sales routes to introduce our flooring products to customers.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and securing relationships with flooring distributors, contractors, builders, and retail stores.
- Manage existing accounts by building strong client relationships and offering solutions to their needs.
- Showcase your in-depth product knowledge to educate clients about hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile flooring options.
- Conduct onsite product demonstrations, presentations, and sales calls.
- Research market trends and analyze customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for smooth order processing.
QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced: 1–5 years in sales preferred.
- Organized: Self-starters with excellent time management and decision-making skills.
- Positive: Ambitious individuals with a can-do attitude and the drive for advancement.
- Proficient: Quick learners who can engage with clients, solve problems, and handle basic mathematical calculations with ease.
