Minimum starting salary $103,409.64 (includes area differential) with an excellent benefits package including employer paid pension contribution | Employees of The Florida Bar are eligible to apply for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
Summary function : Director of Branch Office. Directs and supervises the activities of a Branch Office within the legal division of The Florida Bar.
Supervises the following positions : Paralegal (2); Senior Attorney (5); Attorney (1); Senior Auditor; Branch Office Manager; Investigator
Required minimum education : Juris Doctorate and a Florida Bar Membership in Good Standing.
Required minimum professional work experience : Six (6) years of post-graduate level legal experience in effective case management, trials, pretrial matters, and development of trial strategy, as well as transactional matters and in alternate dispute resolution forums. Experience with hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of legal professionals and paraprofessionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Overall management and administration of all branch functions; including hiring, training, overseeing of the branch's Bar and public relations, fiscal management, and case management. Bar and public relations; including communicating with Bar leadership and headquarters staff on high profile and complex matters. Case management including supervising the processing of all files from staff level through final hearing as well as discussing strategies and appropriate discipline recommendations and ensuring compliance with case processing goals established by Bar policy.
Personal case load, including the reviewing and processing of cases at staff, grievance committee, referee and appellate levels and handling of cases as needed due to reassignment or shortage of branch attorneys.
Other duties as assigned.
