Job Summary:
The Account Executive, Partnership Activation will be an essential part of the Corporate Partnerships team by maintaining high-level relationships of Florida Panthers corporate partners. This role will be responsible for the flawless on-boarding, execution & renewal of select corporate partners of the Florida Panthers and Amerant Bank Arena. In addition to the fulfillment and execution of accounts, this role will have to manage relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth delivery of all partner assets.
- Essential Duties and Job Functions:
• Direct day-to-day account management including activation, fulfillment, and budget for assigned corporate partners
• Develop customized marketing programs using new or available inventory to achieve partners’ business objectives and drive revenue
• Liaison with internal departments including community, digital, premium experiences, and finance to identify and execute marketing programs for key sponsors throughout the year
• Coordinate all partner tickets, suites, sponsor trips and special events for assigned partners
• Assist with the seamless execution of all sponsor-related events, including coordinating logistics, tracking budgets, and ensuring an exceptional partner experience.
• Work with partners on approval of marketing programs, associated rules, artwork, and supporting media in adherence with Panthers guidelines
• Create season recaps for all managed partners that provide documentation of delivered contractual, paid and bonus assets as well as value provided against such assets
• Use data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to partners
Work closely with sales & solution team to provide recommendations on marketing platforms to enhance current partner relationships and provide new ideas for potential partners
• Management and analysis of partner measurement / ROI / ROO tools
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3-5 years of work experience activating sports sponsorships
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and approach situations in a solution-oriented manner
• Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Experience using a CRM system (KORE, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience using Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience using Visme preferred
• Experience using Photoshop / Adobe Suite preferred
• Experience using Sponsorship Tracking software (i.e. Nielsen, Blinkfire, Sponsor United, Tableau)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, based on business needs and events
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a Full-Time position. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
