Job Summary:
Amerant Bank Arena hosts some of the country’s biggest concerts and events, alongside the Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers. In this dynamic, high-energy role, we’re looking for a hospitality service leader who is excited to deliver an exceptional experience for our Panther Bar Members and their guests throughout the season. This hands-on position requires a commitment to providing premium service, building lasting relationships with members, and elevating each guest’s experience at every event.
Job Functions:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Panther Bar Members and guests, ensuring an exceptional premium experience that drives engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage high-end bar operations, including pre-event readiness and post-event closing procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute premium events and experiences throughout the fiscal year.
- Collaborate closely with the Premium Service team to achieve optimal membership retention through outstanding service and proactive problem-solving.
- Work alongside the Food and Beverage team and Sr. Manager of Premium Hospitality to ensure a top-tier service experience and product offering.
- Oversee member accounts and ticketing requirements in Unify and Salesforce, coordinating with the Premium Ticket Sales and Service team.
- Serve as an engaged, inspirational member of the company’s management team, championing
- Support the Premium Service team in ideating and delivering all Premium Member events.
- Execute and track Member benefits, gifting, and surprise & delight programs.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports as needed, including F&B metrics, locker programming, and ticket sales.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-end, premium environment (e.g., luxury hospitality, private clubs).
- Experience in catering sales, membership sales, and account management is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team toward exceptional service delivery.
- Extensive experience working with executive-level clientele, providing premium support and relationship management.
- Proven record of operational efficiency, premium-level service delivery, and process improvement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards, equipment, and event planning.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to demonstrate strong initiative.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain rapport across diverse groups.
- Strong decision-making and immediate problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborative, passionate about the sports and entertainment industries, and committed to excellence.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours as needed.
