Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients, acting as their primary contact for inquiries, changeovers, and support.
- Understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations to ensure satisfaction and ongoing loyalty.
Sales and Lead Generation
- Identify and secure new customers through targeted outreach strategies, including free trials, networking events, referrals, etc.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and effectively communicate the value of our lifelike floral designs.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.
Business Development
- Recognize opportunities for growth within your assigned territory, working closely with the sales manager to implement strategies.
- Stay informed on market trends and client preferences through consistent market research.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and community engagements.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote with regular local travel within the Florida Panhandle. You'll receive a branded company and we will require use of your personal phone for CRM inputs. The role involves professional meetings where business attire is required.

Qualifications
Required Skills:

Education & Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, particularly in B2B environments
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
