Dispensary Inventory Manager - Fort Myers

Job Title: Inventory Manager | Reports to: General Manager | Location: 11620 S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907

Key Responsibilities:  

• This position is designed to focus on delivering the ultimate patient experience through elevated patient service standards 

• The Shift Supervisor will oversee the entire store showroom team 

• The position responsibilities include support of company goals and objectives, as well as general oversight of daily store operation needs 

• Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results 

• Maintain an ultimate patient experience environment by leading and coaching teams to company service standards 

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, meeting company standards, and ensuring all SOPs are being followed 

• Train and develop Dispensary Associates, ensuring all Dispensary Associates are knowledgeable on all company products 

• Oversee store showroom operations, monitoring consultant interactions with patients, and ensuring proper verbiage is being used 

• Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures 

• Maintain good working relationships with other store operating areas as needed, assist with patient return process, and product availability spreadsheet 

• Flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately)  

• Open availability and reliability; especially during high-volume days (weekends, holidays and new product drop days).  

• Able to work cohesively with a team and can pivot as needed. 

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.  

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (sit, stand, kneel, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time.  

• Other tasks as assigned by management. 

Starting wage: $50,000 per year salary. The Flowery offers benefits, paid time off accruals and paid holidays to all full-time employees.
