Job Description :
- This position is designed to focus on delivering the ultimate patient experience through elevated patient service standards
- The Shift Supervisor will oversee the entire store showroom team
- The position responsibilities include support of company goals and objectives, as well as general oversight of daily store operation needs
- Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
- Maintain an ultimate patient experience environment by leading and coaching teams to company service standards
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, meeting company standards, and ensuring all SOPs are being followed
- Train and develop Dispensary Associates, ensuring all Dispensary Associates are knowledgeable on all company products
- Oversee store showroom operations, monitoring consultant interactions with patients, and ensuring proper verbiage is being used
- Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures
- Maintain good working relationships with other store operating areas as needed, assist with patient return process, and product availability spreadsheet
The main focus of inventory management is order fulfillment while maintaining accurate inventory counts. Inventory experience required.
Dispensary experience preferred.
Starting Wage : $50,000 / year salary. The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion.
Starting wages are determined by several factors including experience.
