**What You’ll Do:**
- Warmly greet and welcome every guest, ensuring a positive start to their dining experience.
- Manage the flow of the restaurant by keeping up with table rotation and maintaining the waitlist efficiently.
- Communicate wait times clearly to guests and ensure smooth seating transitions.
- Keep the dining area clean by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Assist with overall cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
- Collaborate with the serving and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude, embodying the quirky, vibrant energy of The Flying Biscuit Cafe.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Previous experience in hosting or customer service is a plus, but not required.
