- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and standards during preparation and service.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Promote daily specials or menu items to enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or as a server is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
