Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, communications, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in revenue generation and donor engagement.
- 5 plus years of management/leadership experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead strategic and tactical fundraising and marketing initiatives, while remaining flexible and adaptable.
- Effective team player who can work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with various technologies, including office software, fundraising tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Passion for The Food Pantries' mission and a commitment to its goals.
- Valid driver's license, basic budgeting knowledge, and a positive, proactive attitude.
Education and Experience:
