The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an Access Operations Supervisor to join a global law firm. This individual will support user's access to systems, applications, and data and will manage those requests in a timely and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity for an IT and/or cybersecurity professional to contribute to a collaborative IT team in a large law firm.

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage authorization and access requests throughout the employee life cycle
- Upholds cybersecurity and compliance controls
- Collaborates with IT Managers on designing and refining service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor access logs
- Refine user access controls and similar processes
- Stay up to date with firm's IT policies and procedures
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 5 years of IT experience in a large law firm with direct experience in identity and access management
- Proficiency in Document Management Solutions, and ServiceNow
- Professional communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
