The Ford Agency is working to find an Membership Assistant to work with an association supporting a large high-level member base. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate with 1 year of post college professional experience looking to pursue a role within the membership space.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with membership team on renewals and outreach initiatives
- Provide logistical support to all major member events
- Manage shared inboxes and hotline to assist members with inquiries
- Monitor case assignments and resolutions
- Process membership welcome kits and other requested documents
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year professional office experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or member relations a plus
- Strong MSOffice skills, Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
