The Ford Agency is looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day office needs and provide administrative support to a start-up international consulting firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills that can proactively manage projects, enjoys being the point person for a team and has international experience. This is a temp to hire role and is 100% in-person, located near Farragut Square.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure the office is stocked, prepared, and running efficiently
- Route visitors, calls, and correspondence to appropriate staff member
- Provide all-around administrative support to President and executive team
- Assist with document production, meeting preparation, and tracking expenses
- Manage internal staff calendars and plan meetings
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of administrative support experience
- Study abroad or international work experience, preferred
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Candidates for this position must be based in the DC area and be available to work immediately.
