The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a Practice Group Coordinator to support the Senior Practice Manager of a prominent DC law firm. This is a rewarding opportunity for anyone who wants to build upon their 2 years of legal administrative experience with a prestigious international law firm.
Responsibilities Include :
- Prepare financial reports and monitor attorney utilization and financial performance
- Assist with the preparation of practice group expense budgets
- Coordinate attorney schedules, trainings and programs
- Handle logistics and operations for attorney events, retreats and meetings
- Provide necessary support to Practice Manager with client matters and act as liaison to other practice groups
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications Include :
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
